Create a tax invoice for 100% of the value of the Job/Sales Order

1. Open the Job/Sales Order and click 'Create Invoice'

2. Select the required invoice pre-build

3. Click "Create"

4. The invoice is created and you see and use the link back to the Job/Sales Order at the top of the screen

5. On the Job/Sales Order you can easily see how much has been invoiced
