This explains how to set up an automation that will work when more than one Works Order (W/O) is linked with a Job/Sales Order, and therefore, you only want to move the job/sales order when all the W/Os are in the same status.

1. Click on the Cog

2. Click "Automations"

3. Click "Works Order"

4. Click "New Automation"

5. Give the automation a name and make it active

6. Click "Save"

7. Update the comparison the required status (i.e. "Completed")

8. Click "Add"

9. Click here.

10. Click "Status of Siblings from Job"

11. Click "Is Equal To"

12. Select the status all the works orders must be in to allow the automation to fire

13. Tick to complete the edit

14. Select the action to fire

15. In this example, click "Change Related Job's Status"

16. Select the parent job/sales order's status to move to

17. Click "Save & Close"

18. Click "Save"
