1. Click the cog icon
2. Click "Automations"
3. Click "Quotation"
4. Click "New Automation"
5. Give your automation rule a name
6. Click on "Status Changed"
7. Click the "Delay Trigger" field.
8. Add a delay time
NOTE: Adding a delay time to automations just creates a short pause before an automation is executed. This is good practice to prevent automations being triggered accidentally
9. Click the "Is Active" field.
10. Click "Save"
11. Click here to edit the condition
12. Click "Accepted"
13. Click the tick icon
14. Click here.
15. Click "Create Job"
16. Select the status for your newly created job, in this case, click "Draft"
17. OPTIONAL: Choose a Job pre-build to use for this automation
18. Click "Save & Close"
19. Click "X" to close the panel
