How to link an email to an existing quotation, job or other record

Connect your email conversations to quotations, jobs & more to make it easy for your team to keep track of key conversations

Link the email to a record

1. Click "Inbox"

2. Open the email you want to link to a quotations, job or other record

3. Click the link icon

4. Click "Link To..."

5. Click "Job" (or quotation, invoice etc.)

6. Search for the relevant record

7. Click "link"

8. Close this panel by clicking "X"

View linked emails on the record

9. In the relevant record, click "Show Emails"

10. You will now find this conversation linked and any further conversation on this thread will be linked automatically.
