1. Click on "Bulk Action"

2. Click "- Automated Messages"

3. Select the quotations, jobs/orders, etc. to apply the automated message(s) to

4. Click "Update Automated Messages"

5. Select Pre-Build to import from. This will show the available messages.

6. Click "Add" to apply this to the selected orders

7. Click "×" to close the form
