Connecting an email account

Follow these steps to connect 1 or more email accounts to your profile

Important:

Email accounts can only be set up and authorised while logged in to https://my.zigaflow.com

If you are logged in on a custom domain, you will need to log out and log back in on the main Zigaflow app.

Once you have connected it can take 10 to 15 minutes for your email account to appear under "Inbox"

1. Click the placeholder for your user photo

2. Click "Your Profile"

3. Click "Email Integration"

4. Click "Connect to Your Mail System"

5. Enter your email address

6. Click "Log in"

7. Choose your email provider

8. Click the relevant arrow

9. Click "Continue"

10. Follow the on-screen instructions

11. If this email is to be accessible and used for sending by different Zigaflow user accounts, you need to grant permissions to these, which is explained here.
