Change a User's Login Email

When the user's email changes

Only Admin users can access this screen.

1. Click on the Cog

2. Click "Team Settings"

3. Click "Manage Team Members"

4. Edit the individual's details

5. Click here

6. Click "Disable Two Factor Authentication"

7. Enter your password (not the user's)

8. Click "Change Email"

9. Change the email address

10. Enter your password again (not the user's)

11. Click "Change Email".

12. The user can now log in with their new email address. Their password remains the same, and they will be asked to set up two-factor authentication when they log in.
