Temporarily Remove Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)/2-Factor Authentication (2FA ) for a User

If a user is struggling to log in, you can remove MFA/2FA so they can log in and set it up again

This is only available to ADMIN users.

1. Click on the Cog

2. Click "Team Settings"

3. Click "Manage Team Members"

4. Edit the user's profile

5. Click this dropdown

6. Click "Disable Two Factor Authentication"

7. Put in YOUR password and click the 'Disable...' button.

The user can now log in without having to enter a code.
