Example

A company might have two types of quotes:

  • Low-value, high transaction volume

  • High-value, low volume

Each type needs a different response and operation. Pre-builds allow these to be set up and selected quickly.

Low-value, high transaction volume

This may have:

  • A simple quotation document

  • An email that encourages them to e-sign the quotation for quicker processing

  • Quick and frequent automated chaser emails that stop after a short period

  • No task reminders

  • Short terms and conditions applicable to the transaction value

  • A tag indicating it is a low-value quotation

  • An item for a delivery charge

High-value, low volume

This may have:

  • More in-depth quotation documents, including a cover sheet and specification pages

  • An email to the client that tells them they will be contacted again in several weeks

  • One chaser email, several weeks after the quote was sent

  • Task reminders for the salesperson to chase the quote by telephone at certain intervals

  • More extensive terms and conditions

  • A tag indicating it is a high-value quotation
