A list of the main CRM features

Updated over 2 months ago

Zigaflow combines order process management with CRM functionality. This includes:

Importing Customers and Contact Data

Importing Leads

Use the single import of one spreadsheet leads, customers and multiple contacts data. This is ideal for importing trade shows or bought contact lists.

Sending Emails to Customers

Large Numbers of Emails

For sending more than a few hundred emails, we recommend using a third-party tool to prevent your email address from being blacklisted by email companies. Zigaflow can export directly to MailChimp

Or, you can export from the contacts to a spreadsheet using the Export button on the companies and contacts page:

Emailing Less Than Two Hundred

Even more powerfully, you can send from leads, quotations, jobs/sales orders, but don't overdo the number sent to avoid being blacklisted. Suppliers can also be emailed from purchase orders and RFQs.

Email Chasers/Automated Messages

This functionality allows you to schedule emails or SMS texts to customers when a quotation, job/sales order. etc., changes status, or after a set period of time. Find out more here:

Leads Management

Create leads by importing them from a spreadsheet, or by using the bulk action button on contacts to create leads (Bulk Action->Create Lead).

Reminder Management

Set up reminder tasks to chase opportunities with tasks on pre-builds and view them on the task list.

Email Tracking

If it is allowed in your country, set up emailing tracking.

Customizing Customers and Contacts

Add custom fields to both of these.
