Bulk emailing direct from leads, quotations, jobs/orders, etc.

Communicate quickly and easily with multiple customers from most of the modules. Its great for letting them know about promotions, updates to orders, documentation changes, etc.

Select the records to email

1. In any of the main modules, click on "Bulk Action"

2. Click "Email Contact"

3. Tick the Leads, Jobs/Orders, etc. that are to be the source for the email

4. Click "Email Contact"

Choose and edit a template

5. Select an email template (these can be set up in the Cog -> "Email Templates")

6. Save any alterations to the template

Preview and send the email

7. Click "Next"

8. Preview the email and click "Create & Send". They will be send over the next few minutes in batches.
