Automated Messages
Set up an automated message. When you create one for mentions, it doesn't need to send an email or text message at the same time.
In the pre-build's automated message set-up, tick 'Mentions' and add the required message:
Add more information to the mention using the PDF variables, for example the client's name and the total value of the quote. The above example results in this:

Set up an automation:
And use the action type 'Create Mention':
