This tool allows you to set up email chasers to suppliers to remind them to complete the eForm.

Once an eForm is completed, the emails will no longer be sent.

1. Click here.

2. Click "Prebuilds"

3. Click "eForms"

4. Edit a pre-build

5. Click "Automated Messages"

6. Click "New Automated Message"

7. Click "Blank"

8. Enter a name for the message - this is used internally only

9. Enter the number of days to wait before sending

10. Set the trigger status (when it moves of out of this status, the message will not be sent)

11. Set the time to send

12. Set the number of business days to wait before re-sending

13. Click the "Recurs" field to send the message repeatedly until the status changes

14. Use {SupplierContactEmail}

15. Put {ContactEmail} to send it from the assigned user

16. Add a subject

17. Enter text for the email

18. Add {ReviewLink} to give the supplier the address of the eForm to complete. This can also be a hyperlink under text

19. Click this to send an SMS message

20. Use {SupplierContactMobile}

21. Enter text for message, and include {ReviewLink}. Note that this can take around 120 characters of the allowed 160

22. Check the messages appearance

23. Click "SMS Preview". Note that incorrect variables are shown with the {} brackets

24. Click "SMS Preview"

25. Check the SMS message. The number may appear NOT VALID but this is because the variable is empty on the pre-build, unless you have typed in a number

26. Close the preview

27. Click "×"

28. Use the "Copy to Other Pre-Builds" button to push this to other pre-builds
