Create an Automation to mention when a task is assigned

This will send a mention to the person who has a task assigned to them, so they know they have a new task to look into.


1. Click on the settings button

4. Type Name

B. Click on Save

7. To set this to run in one or more specific modules, click on the 'Add' button in conditions, and select 'Event Owner Module Type' and the module name.

8. Click on Select New Action... and select the Create Mention option.

B. Type Content
