Create a tiered quotation from your product library

Build a tiered quote from products in your library, choose price-based or cost-based pricing, set quantity breaks, then preview and send it as a PDF.

Before doing this, set up tiered quotations in Zigaflow.

Start the tiered quote

1. Click "New"

2. Click the name of your tiered quote pre-build

3. Add the customer details, etc., and click "New Item"

Add products and charges

4. Click "Price-Based" to use existing sale prices

5. Click "Cost-Based" to pull in the costs and then apply a markup or margin

6. Click "+Item"

7. Click "Add"

8. Select "Item". This is the product.

9. To add a per-item price, select "+Add" for that service and "Per Item Price" 1,2 or 3

10. You can also add one-off charges, such as delivery or set-up - click "Delivery & One-Off Print"

11. Click "×" to close the panel

12. You can adjust costs here, and deleted or add them

Set pricing and quantities

13. Set the markup or margin

14. Click "Create"

15. Delete quantities you don't want

16. Click on the "+" icon to add a new quantity. The system will calculate the price.

17. Click "Adding..."

Preview and send the quote

18. Click "Preview"

19. Click "PDF"

20. Preview and send the quote to your customer.
