Before starting, make sure you have:
Set up tiered quotations in Zigaflow.
Connected your suppliers' feeds to Zigaflow.
Creating a Quotation
1. Click "New"
2. Select the tiered quote pre-build you have set up.
3. Enter the customer details and click "New Item"
4. Click "Item"
5. Click "Supplier Feeds"
6. Select the supplier
7. Explode an item until you see the variation of the item you want. The inventory position (if provided) will be on the right. Then click 'Add'.
Depending on the supplier, you will be take through a process to select the additional services (such as print and set-up).
8. Enter a mark-up or margin
9. Click "Create"
10. Delete quantities you don't want
11. Click on the "+" icon to add a new quantity. The system will calculate the price.
12. Click "Adding..."
13. Click "Preview"
14. Click "PDF"
15. Preview and send the quote to your customer.
