Updated over a week ago

This style of quotation allows you to show multiple prices for the same product based on a different quantities. It also allows you to add more than one cost factor to an item's price.

1. Click "Configure"

2. Click "Quotations"

3. Click the "Create and view Tiered Quotations" field.

4. Next, a pre-build needs to be set up for this type of quotation. Click "Pre-Builds"

5. Click "Quotations"

6. Click "New"

7. Click "Tiered"

8. As a minimum give the pre-build a name (i.e. 'Tiered' or 'Volume Breaks') and save it

9. You can now create a tiered quotation. Click "New"

10. Click on the name of the new pre-build - in this case "Tiered"

11. Click "New Item"

12. You can price based on the sales prices for the items, or build it from the costs. In this example, we will click on "Cost-Based"

13. To add the main item to be quoted, click "Item"

14. Add the item

15. You can delete, change or update the volume breaks

16. Now add a per item charge. This is where there is a cost per item. Click "Item"

17. Add an item, such as printing, engraving, etc.

18. These can be edited, deleted and added to

19. Set up a one-off cost. This is divided by the quantity of items, and maybe something like freight or set-up cost. Click "Item"

20. Add the item

21. The prices can be edited in the same way as the other costs

22. Apply a mark-up or margin to the cost prices to give the sale price

23. Click "Create"

24. One section is added with all the volume breaks. Edit the price by clicking on the calculator button

25. The sale price can't be edited directly - instead adjust the markup or margin

26. Click "Update"

27. Click "Preview PDF & Email" to view the document

28. Use a different style PDF document for this

29. Which uses these PDF variables. The must have the variable {Catalogue} and then can use these variables:

ItemQtyx

ItemUnitNetx

ItemTaxPricex

ItemTotalGrossx

The number of rows displayable is fixed, so you will need one PDF template for each set of volumes (i.e. 2 rows, 3 rows, 4 rows, etc). The user should swap between them on the preview page
