This can also be done by exporting the existing items to a spreadsheet, setting the stock item column to true, and using the flexi-import just to update that setting.

5 - Barcode Scanning. This can be done from a table or smartphone or by using a barcode scanner. If you plan to use a barcode scanner, we recommend getting on that explicitly states it can read screens.

There are three main screens:

Overview - This gives quantity totals for each stock item; you can export data from here. It is not possible to move or adjust quantities.

Locations - This gives the quantity for each item in each location.

Allocation - Use this to move allocated stock. It is ideal for moving items ready for dispatch or production.
