1. Click "Go To"
2. Click "Locations"
3. Find the item to adjust, and click the adjust icon
4. Enter the qantity to adjust by, and select the reason.
More reasons can be added in the Cog -> Inventory
5. The narrative is optional
6. Click "Save"
