Pre-builds - set when an eForm is to be created and linked

An eForm can be automatically created when the parent quotation, job/sales order moves to a new status

To set this up on any pre-build:

1. Click the "eForms" tab

2. Click "Append eForm"

3. Select the eForm to use

4. Edit the line

5. Set the status that the eForm will be generated at

Status dropdown open in the pre-build row, with Site Visit Booked highlighted among options like Draft, Sent and Accepted

6. Tick to complete the edit
