To set this up on any pre-build:
1. Click the "eForms" tab
2. Click "Append eForm"
3. Select the eForm to use
4. Edit the line
5. Set the status that the eForm will be generated at
6. Tick to complete the edit
Pre-Builds - Set when an eForm is to be Created and Linked
An eForm can be automatically created when the parent quotation, job/sales order moves to a new status
