Getting Customer Signature/Approval

Zigaflow speeds up your sales process by allowing your customers to sign/approve your quotation

1. Open the quotation you want to send to your customer. Click "Go To" -> Quotations

2. Open the quotation

3. Click "Preview PDF & Email"

4. Click "Email"

5. On the email, there is a link to the customer signature page. Send the email to the customer

6. Or copy the link in the "Review Link" field and send it to the customer in your own email

7. The customer will see a page with the PDF shown on the right and an "Accept" button for them to approve the quotation on the left

8. The customer enters their details and clicks on "Accept Quotation".

9. The quotation moves automatically to the "Accepted" status

10. The signed PDF is automatically saved on the quotation in the "Attachments"

11. The signature section of the PDF will look similar to this
