Zigaflow allows for the e-signing of contracts, so you can send your customers a link to the contract. Upon signature, the contract is automatically moved to the 'Accepted' status, and Zigaflow will automatically confirm approval and inform team members.
You can set up your URL so the customer only sees your web address and not Zigaflow's here.

Set up
There are three parts:
Make sure the accepted/signed status is visible
Add the link to your contract email template
Add the signature section to your contract document template
Make sure the accepted/signed status is visible
1. Click on the Cog
2. Click "Workflows & Statuses"
3. Click "Contracts"
4. Make sure the status with the note "When the contract is signed" is marked to "Show".
5. If it isn't, click Edit
6. Set it using the checkbox
7. Click "Save Changes"
Add the link to your email template
It can be copied and pasted to an email from the preview, but adding a variable to your email template is the best approach.
1. Click on the Cog
2. Click "Email Templates"
3. Click "Contracts"
4. Edit the template(s)
5. Select where you want to put the link
6. Click on the link icon
7. Type {ReviewLink} and click the tick
8. Click "Save & Preview" to check the result
9. The contract signature page will now be linked
