1. Click the "Item Menu"
2. Click "Set Item Optional"
3. The item will now be marked as "OPTIONAL"
4. The item will appear on your quotation clearly marked as "OPTIONAL" and the values will not be included in totals calculations
Avoid overinflating your sales quotations by including optional items for your customers
