1. Click "Go To"
2. Click "Quotations"
3. Click "List"
4. Click "Screen Options"
5. Search for the field you want to add
6. If you cannot find a field you need click "Create a new field"
7. Choose the "type of field" you want
8. Choose a name
9. Click "Create"
10. Click outside the popup
11. You have now added columns (& a custom field)
