Zigaflow allows you to create new versions of quotations. When a version of a quotation is made, the version number is incremented by one, and the old version is moved to the status 'Old Version'. You cannot create a new version from an old version, only from the latest version.
There are two options:
Create Version - this creates it as is
Create Version via Pre-Build - this inherits all the automated messages and tasks from the pre-build, which is ideal when you need to start the quotation and chasing process again.
Creating a Version
1. Click here.
2. Click "Version" or Version via Pre-Build
3. From within a quotation , click the status button
4. Click "Version" or Version via Pre-Build
5. Click on the plus button
6. Click "Version" or Version via Pre-Build
