Advanced items filtering

How to easily filter items for the PO/Allocated status, received, delivered and tags

Click on the 'Advanced' button:

Items tab with the Advanced button highlighted beside the Search by Item, Description or Supplier box

Line items can be filtered on whether:

  • A purchase order has or hasn't been placed for an item.

  • An item has or hasn't been received from the supplier.

  • An item has or hasn't been delivered to the customer.

  • An item has had stock allocated.

  • Has specific tags.

Use the eraser icon to clear all the filters.
