What Contracts can do

The Contracts modules can:

  • Store basic contract details.

  • Store start and dates.

  • Allow contracts to be signed online.

  • Automatically remind clients and sales staff when contracts have not been signed/completed.

  • Automatically notify your customers with a sequence of emails when a contract is due for renewal, which ceases when they have renewed or chosen not to.

  • Automatically notify your sales team when a contract is due for renewal.

  • Generate invoices at the end of a month or year based on a fixed value or on the items in the contract.

  • Automatically roll-over

Contracts can be generated from quotations or leads at the click of a button.
