Make the system easier to use by hiding fields you don't need all the Quotes, Jobs/Sales, etc., screens

Choose what columns and fields to display on the Quotations, Jobs/Sales Orders screens. You can only see the "Screen Options" button need to make these changes if you have "Admin" access.

These changes can be made to the:

  • List, Pipeline and Calendar views

  • Top part of the edit screen

  • Items tab

These instructions use the Quotations screens but apply to all the modules.

1. Click "Go To"

2. Click "Quotations"

3. Click "Screen Options"

4. Click on the toggle button next to a field to either show or hide it

5. Click away from the pull-out to close it. If the field is not appearing as expected, refresh the browser (F5 on a PC)

6. To change what fields are shown in the top part of a Quote, Job/Sales Order, etc., open one of them as you were going to edit it

7. Click on "Screen Options"

8. Click the toggle button next to a field to either show or hide the field. Click on "Exclude" to prevent it being displayed at all

9. Click away from the pull-out to close it. If the field is not appearing as expected, refresh the browser (F5 on a PC)

10. For the top fields on a Quote, Job/Sales Order, etc., any user can click "+ Show More" to show all the fields that have not been excluded

11. The normal display can be returned to by clicking on "- Show Less"

12. To set the displayed columns in the items grid, click "Screen Options" here

13. Click the toggle button next to a field to either show or hide the field. Some fields are grouped together

14. Click away from the pull-out to close it. If the field is not appearing as expected, refresh the browser (F5 on a PC)
