Changing between kit pricing methods

A kit can use a set price or the total of its kit items. Learn how to swap between the two.

Check the kit item prices

1. Where a kit is using the 'Kit Item Prices'

2. There is no price for the overall kit

3. Click "Preview PDF & Email" to view this

4. There is no kit price, but the kit items' prices are shown

Switch to the kit price

5. To convert to the kit price, click on the kit's menu

6. Click "Use Kit Price & Calculate New Kit Price"

7. This calculates the new kit price based on the kit items, but you can edit this overall price

8. Click on the sales price field

9. Click here.

10. Click "Preview PDF & Email" to view the result

11. The kit has a price, but the items do not

Switch back to kit item prices

12. Swap back to kit items pricing by clicking on the kit's menu again

13. Click "Use Kit Item Prices"
