How to import spreadsheet data with specific columns

A flexi-import allows you to map the information in your spreadsheet to where you want it in your Zigaflow item list

Open the flexi import

1. Click the cog icon

2. Click "Import Center"

3. Click "Flexi"

4. Click "Items"

Upload and map your file

5. Click here or drag & drop your item file

6. Click here to choose which column represents the item code

7. Map the other columns in your spreadsheet to the correct fields

8. Click "Next"

9. You will then see this screen

Save the mapping for reuse

10. If you are likely to use this import mapping again, simply:

  1. Give the map a name

  2. Click "Save Mapping"

Use a saved mapping

11. Next time you import this file format, simply choose the relevant mapping

12. And the fields will be automatically mapped
