1. Click the cog icon
2. Click "Import Center"
3. Click "Flexi"
4. Click "Items"
5. Click here or drag & drop your item file
6. Click here to choose which column represents the item code
7. Map the other columns in your spreadsheet to the correct fields
8. Click "Next"
9. You will then see this screen
10. If you are likely to use this import mapping again, simply:
Give the map a name
Click "Save Mapping"
11. Next time you import this file format, simply choose the relevant mapping
12. And the fields will be automatically mapped
