Add two signature sections to the eForm pre-build. Make sure that 'Signature Section' is ticked on both:

PDF variables for this are:

{SignatorName[NUMBER]}
{SignatorTitle[NUMBER]}
{SignatorFirstName[NUMBER]}
{SignatorLastName[NUMBER]}
{SignatorEmail[NUMBER]}
{Signature[NUMBER]}

i.e. SignatorName3, etc.
