The PDF template will show {ItemQty}, the quantity to deliver on that note. There are two other useful variables:
{ItemJobQty} - The total quantity ordered
{ItemJobQtyRemainingAll} - The remaining quantity (i.e. not yet delivered)
To show items that are already fully delivered or not being delivered on this delivery note, include the line item when creating the note from the job/order. After the note has been created, make its quantity zero.
