Allocate stock to individual items on a works order

Allocation removes it from free stock so it cannot be allocated to another order

NOTE: If you have created a Purchase Order for these items from the Works Order, the relevant stock will be automatically allocated. You only need to use this method when using stock on hand

1. When in a Works Order, click "Load" In the "Free Stock" column

2. If that column is not visible, click on "Screen Options"

3. Search for "Allocated Stock", then click the toggle switch so it is green

4. Click the "Allocate" button

5. Choose which of your available stock / inventory you want then click "Allocate"

6. Close this panel by clicking "X"
